Spingworks Therapeutics (SWTX) is in advanced talks to be acquired by Merck KGaA, Reuters reported Monday, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.
According to the report, a deal could be signed in the coming weeks if the talks are successful.
Springworks did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
