CIFI Holdings (Group) (HKG:0884) recorded contracted sales of roughly 1.81 billion yuan in January, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 149,900 square meters, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month was approximately 12,500 yuan per square meter.

Contracted sales attributable to the equity owners of the company stood at around 900 million yuan for the month.
