Far East Hospitality Trust's (SGX:Q5T) distribution per share or DPS declined 4.1% during the second half of 2024 to SG$0.0208 from SG$0.0217 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Income available for distribution declined 18% year over year to SG$32.7 million from about SG$40.0 million.
Net property income came in at SG$49.9 million from SG$49.8 million a year earlier.
Gross revenue was marginally up to SG$54.9 million from SG$54.8 million.
The hotel segment registered an average occupancy of 81.5% during the period.
The trust's portfolio valuation increased to SG$2.52 billion as at Dec. 31, 2024.
