NACL Industries (NSE:NACLIND, BOM:524709) said it received a warning letter from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) for non-compliance with rules requiring audit committee meetings to be held within a 120-day gap, according to a Saturday disclosure with the Indian bourses.
NSE directed the company to take corrective measures to avoid such lapses, the agrochemical company said.
