Financial technology company Veefin Solutions (BOM:543931), through its subsidiary Infini Systems, has agreed to acquire up to 49% stake in White Rivers Media Solutions for 1.67 billion Indian rupees, according to a BSE filing on Monday.
White Rivers Media is a digital marketing and advertising solutions provider.
The transaction involves the transfer of shares for part cash consideration and part equity share swap and is expected to be completed in 60-90 days.
Shares of the company were down nearly 3% in recent trade.
