Nexus Minerals (ASX:NXM) began a further 11,000-meter regional air core drill program at its Wallbrook gold project in Western Australia to follow up on the Payns prospect, a new discovery, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The program will also target two other prospects and is scheduled for completion in March, the filing said.
The firm's shares rose 9% in recent trading on Tuesday.
