Wildcat Resources Says Preliminary Feasibility Study 50% Complete for West Australian Lithium Project

Wildcat Resources (ASX:WC8) said on Monday its Preliminary Feasibility Study (PFS) for the Tabba Tabba lithium project in West Australia is 50% complete, according to a Monday Australia bourse filing.

Stage 2 metallurgical test work has reached 75%, while a geotechnical study confirms favorable open-pit parameters, added the filing.

Scenario analysis on process plant throughput rates is underway including 4.5 million tonnes per annum, 2.2 million per tonne per annum, and single and staged ramp-up options.

The company completed successful baseline environmental monitoring and survey program in 2024 and targeted surveys are scheduled for 2025, per the filing.

The company reported a cash balance of AU$63.6 million on Dec. 31, 2024, allowing a fast-track development of Tabba Tabba, per the filing.
