Louisiana-Pacific's board has raised the building-products company's quarterly dividend by 7.7%, to 28 cents from 26 cents.
The new payout, equal to $1.12 a year, represents an annual yield of about 1%, based on the Friday midday price of $111.62, up from 0.93%.
The Nashville, Tenn., company said the increased dividend is payable March 13 to shareholders of record Feb. 27.
