GDS (HKG:9698) refuted reports its international unit DayOne Data Centers is seeking an initial public offering in the US, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The unit, formerly known as GDS International, "had no concrete or definitive plan on an initial public offering," GDS said in the filing.
Bloomberg earlier reported GDS' international arm is looking to raise up to $500 million in a US IPO as soon as 2025.
