Kantone (HKG:1059) raised HK$10.5 million in net proceeds by placing 62,505,000 shares to at least six places at HK$0.172 apiece, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The placed shares represent 16.67% of the enlarged shares of the company.
The system software company intends to use the proceeds mainly for its general working capital and to acquire certain industrial premises in Hong Kong.
