ANZ Group Holdings (NZE:ANZ, ASX:ANZ) bought back 236,252 of its shares for AU$7.4 million, according to a Friday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
UBS Securities Australia and Macquarie Securities (Australia) brokered the transaction on behalf of ANZ, the filing said.
