** Ratings agency Moody's Corp's MCO.N shares rise over 3.1% to $521.15 in premarket trading
** Co forecasts 2025 adj profit between $14.00 per share and $14.50 per share, beating analysts' estimate of $13.58 per share, according to data compiled by LSEG
** Revenue from Analytics segment jumped 8.4% to $866 million in the quarter ended December 31
** Revenue from Investor Services rose 17.2% to $858 million
** Total revenue increased 13% to $1.67 billion
** Stock rose around 21% in 2024, compared with a 23% jump in the benchmark S&P500 .SPX
