Yantai North Andre Juice (HKG:2218, SHA:605198) canceled 7.8 million repurchased H shares reducing its registered capital by 7.8 million yuan, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The company repurchased the shares in 14 tranches starting from June 6, 2024, for HK$73.7 million.
The repurchased and canceled shares represent 9.94% of the total issued H shares and 2.23% of the total share capital.
