Jointown Pharmaceutical (SHA:600998) said China Universal Healthcare REIT or real estate investment trust raised a total amount of 1.16 billion yuan after the completion of its offering on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, according to a Thursday bourse filing.
The REIT will use the trading code 508084 on the bourse, the pharmaceutical company said.
