IHH Healthcare (SGX:Q0F) issued 122,000 new shares under its Enterprise Option Scheme (EOS), according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The issuance comprised 85,000 shares priced at 6.02 Malaysian ringgit each for the 2018 EOS grant and 37,000 shares priced at 5.87 Malaysian ringgit each for the 2023 EOS grant.
Following the corporate action, the healthcare company's total issued shares increased to 8,814,397,463, with a share capital of 20.1 billion ringgit.
The new shares will be listed on Feb. 17.
