XJ International Holdings (HKG:1765) affiliate Sichuan Hope Education Industry will sell Baiyin Mingde Education to Lanzhou Hengwen Middle School New Campus for 109.9 million yuan.
The target is an education management firm that incurred losses in 2023.
The disposal will allow the group to raise funds and resolve debts, according to a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
XJ expects to book a gain of 90.9 million yuan from the divestment.
