HealthCo Healthcare and Wellness REIT (ASX:HCW) reported Friday that its funds from operations (FFO) per unit in the fiscal first half rose to AU$0.042 from the prior year's AU$0.04 per unit.
Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting FFO of AU$0.041 per unit.
Loss per diluted unit in fiscal H1 widened to AU$0.0276 from AU$0.0088 a year earlier. Analysts polled by Visible Alpha were expecting earnings of AU$0.059 per unit.
Property income for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$28.3 million, down from AU$39.6 million in the same period a year earlier.
The healthcare and wellness-focused real estate investment trust reaffirmed its previous fiscal 2025 FFO and distribution guidance of AU$0.084 per unit.
