CapitaLand India Trust (SGX:CY6U) issued 5,714,408 units to its trustee-manager, CapitaLand India Trust Management as payment of base fee and performance fee, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The units were issued at an issue price of SG$1.0737 per unit as 50% of the base fee for the period from Oct. 1 2024 to Dec. 31 2024 and 50% of the performance fee for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.
The balance of 50% of the base fee and performanc fee was paid in cash.
Following the issue of the new units, there are now 1,349,424,707 units in issue.
