Shenzhen Han's CNC Technology (SHE:301200) completed its asset sale to its subsidiary, Shenzhen Dazu Microelectronics Technology, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen Bourse.
The transaction, approved on Jan. 24, involves the transfer of assets related to IC packaging substrate equipment, including raw materials and intangible assets.
Both parties have finalized the asset handover and signed the delivery confirmation document. They will continue fulfilling their obligations under the agreement.
