Solar Industries India (NSE:SOLARINDS, BOM:532725) said it had changed the name of its wholly-owned subsidiary from 'Economic Explosives' to 'Solar Defence and Aerospace' with effect from Monday, according to a same-day disclosure to the Indian bourses.
The name was changed after approval from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India.
