EBOS Group (ASX:EBO, NZE:EBO) reported Wednesday fiscal half-year diluted earnings of AU$0.569 per share, down from AU$0.71 per share a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected EPS of AU$0.71.
Revenue for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024, was AU$5.99 billion, down 9% from AU$6.58 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$5.73 billion in sales revenue.
The healthcare products distributor maintained its guidance of underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization of between AU$575 million and AU$600 million for the fiscal year, up 5% to 10% year on year.
The board declared a dividend of NZ$0.57 per share, unchanged from the previously reported period, payable on March 21 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 28.
