SWHY BVI has distributed 402,502,312, or 25.78%, shares in Shenwan Hongyuan (H.K.) (HKG:0218) to its shareholders in specie, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
Of this, 15.68%, 5.14%, and 4.96% of the shares have been transferred to SWHY International, SIIC Finance, and First Shanghai Investments (HKG:0227), respectively.
Following the transfer, SWHY International directly holds 1,013,131,792, or 64.9%, shares, in Shenwan Hongyuan (H.K.)'s total issued share capital.
SWHY, which owns the three firms to which the shares have been transferred through Shenwan Hongyuan Securities, remains Shenwan Hongyuan's ultimate controlling shareholder.
