Brainhole Technology (HKG:2203) acquired a further 103,200 shares in BigBear.ai from the open market for $1 million or $9.96 apiece on Friday, a same-day filing with the Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The semiconductor manufacturer also sold 57,700 KE Holdings American depositary shares (ADSs) on the open market for around $1.2 million or $20.04 per share.
The firm used part of the proceeds from the KE Holdings ADS sale to acquire the BigBear.ai shares, with the remaining proceeds to be applied toward general working capital or other investment opportunities.
