ISOTeam (SGX:5WF) unit ISOTeam BuildTech has partnered with HOMA2U, a subsidiary of Malaysia-based home improvement retailer HOMA, to develop an AI-driven platform for sourcing and managing building materials, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The collaboration aims to reduce waste by matching excess materials with buyers while strengthening ISOTeam's supply chain.

HOMA2U will build and manage the platform, while ISOTeam BuildTech will provide industry access, market insights, and administrative support.

The profit-sharing arrangement allocates 80% to HOMA2U and 20% to ISOTeam BuildTech.

The agreement runs for an initial 12 months and renews automatically unless terminated. ISOTeam BuildTech also holds an option to invest in HOMA2U and HOMA under future agreements.
