EBOS Group (ASX:EBO, NZE:EBO) said John Cullity will retire as chief executive, effective June 30, and Adam Hall has been appointed as his successor, effective July 1, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

Hall most recently served as group executive and president for Orica's (ASX:ORI) Asia business.

Company shares were down nearly 5% in recent Wednesday trade in Australia and New Zealand.
