32GL22 will enter into another joint venture, Geylang Project 1, with DH Assets & Enterprises, for the development of certain properties in Singapore.
The property includes several parcels in Lorong 22 Geylang, Singapore.
DH Assets & Enterprises has been offered to purchase the property by the seller.
