This acquisition includes approximately 39 megawatts of wind, solar, and battery storage assets located in Ontario and Saskatchewan, with output sold through long-term contracts. Sitka Power, formed in November 2024, aims to strategically expand its renewable energy footprint in Canada, supported by backing from a private infrastructure fund managed by an affiliate of Long Life Capital Inc. This transaction underscores Sitka Power’s commitment to providing clean electricity and contributing to a sustainable future.
