Skyfame Realty (HKG:0059) Chairman Yu Pan and Chief Executive Officer Wang Shokun stepped down, effective Wednesday, according to a same-day filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.

Yu and Wang resigned to devote more time to their respective personal commitments. However, Wang will remain as a director of certain subsidiaries of the company, according to the filing.

Liang Zhenjie succeeded Yu as chairman, the filing said.
