Goodman Group (ASX:GMG) has completed a fully underwritten 'pro-rata' institutional placement to raise about AU$4 billion, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The company will issue roughly 119.4 million new securities priced at AU$33.50 each as part of the placement.
The settlement of the placement securities is expected to occur on Feb. 24, with allotment and normal trading occurring on Feb. 25, the filing added.
It also plans to open a security purchase plan with additional information anticipated for release on Thursday, Feb. 27.
Company shares were down 6% in recent trade to reach their lowest since September 2024.
