China Feihe (HKG:6186) unit Heilongjiang Feihe Dairy subscribed for 100 million yuan of a financial product offered by SPD Bank using its idle funds, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The product has an expected annual return rate of 2.85% and will fall due on Nov. 18.
As of Tuesday, the dairy products company had 2.02 billion yuan of outstanding wealth management and structured deposit financial products subscribed from SPD.
