St George Mining (ASX:SGQ) said all resolutions to enable the acquisition of the Araxá niobium project in Brazil were approved by shareholders at its general meeting, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company expects to complete the acquisition in the coming days, with the financial completion of the transaction scheduled for Feb 24, the filing said.
Company shares rose 2% in recent trade.
