Sasseur REIT's (SGX:CRPU) distribution per unit for the second half of 2024 was marginally up to SG$0.02929 from SG$0.02927 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Income available for distribution was up 3.1% to SG$40.6 million from SG$39.4 million a year earlier.
Meanwhile, EMA rental income was down 2.3% year over year to SG$61.8 million from SG$63.2 million.
