GuocoLand (SGX:F17) subsidiary GLL IHT priced its offering of SG$180 million worth of 4.35% perpetual securities under its SG$3.0 billion multicurrency medium-term bond program.
DBS Bank, HSBC, and OCBC (SGX:O39) have been appointed joint lead managers and book-runners for the offering, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The bonds are expected to be issued on or about Feb. 25.
