Arrow Minerals (ASX:AMD) issued 3.5 million shares at AU$0.038 apiece to raise AU$134,200 as part of the first tranche of its placement, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The mining company's shares were up nearly 3% in recent Tuesday trade.
