Kantone (HKG:1059) unit Kantone Energy Trading agreed to acquire a workshop unit in Kowloon, Hong Kong, from Mastery Trust for HK$9 million, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The system software company is expected to complete the acquisition by March 31.
The firm plans to use the property as the operational base of its critical messaging and artificial intelligence business segment in Hong Kong.
