United Hampshire US REIT's (SGX:ODBU) distribution per unit or DPU slid 4.2% in the second half of 2024 to $0.0205 from $0.0214 a year earlier, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Distributable income was down by 6.8% to $12.8 million from $13.7 million a year earlier.
Net property income declined 1.6% year over year to 24.4 million from $24.8 million.
Gross revenue was marginally higher at $36.4 million from $36.2 million a year earlier.
