Manycore Tech has submitted its documents for its planned initial public offering in Hong Kong on Friday.
The filing in Hong Kong came three years after the lapse of its IPO application on the Nasdaq, the South China Morning Post reported separately Saturday.
The design and visualization platform intends to use the proceeds from its planned IPO to boost its international expansion, improve product offerings, grow its sales team and promote visibility, invest in core technologies, and fund working capital.
JP Morgan Securities (Far East) and CCB International Capital are among the joint sponsors for the planned offering.
