Enviro-Hub (SGX:L23) is expecting to post a "material loss" for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The loss is attributable to impairment on the carrying amount of goodwill allocated to Healthcare GCU following the acquisition of Pastel Glove and other related expesnses.
The company will release its financial figures on or before Feb. 26, the filing added.
