Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is in talks to sell certain data center manufacturing plants, Bloomberg reported Friday, citing people familiar with the matter.
The company is in discussions with Asia-based firms about a potential sale of data center manufacturing plants it had agreed to acquire last year.
The assets could be valued between $3 billion and $4 billion, including debt, and a sale could be announced as early as Q2, according to the report.
Advanced Micro Devices did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
The shares of Advanced Micro Devices were down more than 2% in recent trading.
