Frontier Real Estate Investment (TYO:8964) has secured DBJ Green Building certification for five properties as of Feb. 21, according to its filing last Friday.
The properties are AEON Mall Ibaraki, AEON Mall Nagoyadome-Mae, Mitsui Outlet Park Iruma, Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport Iwata, and Vioro.
The DBJ Green Building Certification Program, initiated in April 2011, evaluates properties on environmental and social factors.
Assessment highlights include superior resilience, well-being, partnerships, and community diversity across various properties.
