Hotel Grand Central (SGX:H18) appointed Tan Kok Aun as non-independent, non-executive chairman, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Tan has served as a director since November 2011. He is a member of the Malaysian Association of Company Secretaries and holds an MBA from Southern Cross University, Australia.

Tan has over a decade of experience as a company director, corporate secretary, and taxation practitioner in Malaysia. He currently serves as director of PCA Corporate Advisory PLT, PCATax Global PLT, and several other firms.
