SYDNEY, Feb 24 (Reuters) - HSBC HSBA.L, 0005.HK is considering a perpetual additional tier one dollar issuance, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters on Monday.
The initial price guidance given to investors has been set at 7.5%, the term sheet said.
