Riverstone's (SGX:AP4) attributable profit to equity holders rose to 70.0 million Malaysia ringgit during the fourth quarter of 2024, from 67.5 million ringgit a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share increased to 0.0473 ringgit compared with 0.0456 ringgit in the comparable period.
Revenue increased to 278.0 million ringgit from 229.8 million ringgit, mainly due to improved average selling price and volume.
The company recommended a special interim dividend of 0.04 ringgit per share and a final dividend of 0.08 ringgit per share for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024.
