First Ship Lease Trust (SGX:D8DU) completed the delivery of vessel Clyde Fisher to an unaffiliated third party, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
The gross consideration paid for the vessel was $7.0 million, the Singapore-based business trust which owns a diversified fleet of well-maintained product tankers, said.
The vessel is a 12,984 deadweight tonnage product tanker built in South Korea in 2005 and has been employed under bareboat charter.
Shares of the company were up nearly 7% in recent trading.
