GuocoLand (SGX:F17) signed a joint venture agreement with TID Residential and Intrepid Investments to develop a land parcel at Faber Walk, Singapore, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The partners hold stakes of 50%, 40%, and 10%, respectively ,in the project.

The transaction brings GuocoLand's total transactions with related parties under the Singapore Hong Leong group to SG$244.7 million for FY25.
