The ABC’s chief election analyst, Antony Green, will retire after the upcoming election, calling time on a 36-year career that has included calling more than 100 state and federal polls.
The fast-talking 64-year-old first joined the ABC in 1989 as a researcher and has worked on 13 federal elections since then. On Wednesday morning, he delivered the news on ABC’s breakfast show.
