Tata Communications (NSE:TATACOMM, BOM:500483) has raised 4.65 billion Indian rupees through the issue and allotment of commercial papers, according to a Monday filing to the Indian bourses.
The commercial papers were issued on Feb. 21 at a face value of 500,000 rupees per unit and at rate of 7.47% per annum.
These are listed on the National Stock Exchange of India and are scheduled to be redeemed on May 23.
