China Shenhua Energy (HKG:1088, SHA:601088) was registered as the new owner of the 100% stake in China Energy Hangjin Energy by the relevant regulatory authorities in Inner Mongolia.
The registration comes two weeks after the company completed the acquisition of the target from China Energy Investment for 852.6 million yuan, a Tuesday bourse filing said.
Hangjin Energy's primary business is the investment and construction of the Taran Gaole Coal Field in Mongolia and the sale of purchased coal and coal mining.
