Meitu's (HKG:1357) substantial shareholder, Cai Wensheng, disposed of his 128 million shares, representing 2.81% of the company's issued share capital, between Feb. 17 and Feb. 21, a Monday bourse filing said.
Meanwhile, Wu Zeyuan also known as Wu Xinhong, the chairman and chief executive officer of the company, plans to further increase his shareholding in Meitu.
