ISOTeam Ltd. (SGX:5WF) plans to distribute at least 30% of its consolidated net profit after tax as dividends, reflecting confidence in its business prospects, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The move follows a strong first-half performance, with net attributable profit rising 36.5% year on year to SG$1.9 million on revenue of SG$65.4 million for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2024.
The company's order book stood at SG$188.7 million as of Feb. 11.
The company expects to benefit from government initiatives, including a SG$407 million Home Improvement Programme for 29,000 flats and an SG$60 million heat-reflective paint scheme across HDB estates by 2030.
